In addition to showcasing the optimized production line performance from manufacturing with digital control at TIMTOS 2019, Campro also promoted digital factory, the focus of most visitor’s attention at the CIMT 2019 in Beijing, China. CAMPRO TOOLING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM received huge response and enquiry at the booth during the exhibition.
Campro Smart Manufacturing plays an important role in development of Industry 4.0. Except for investing in smart machine module development and building digital infrastructure, it also strengthens the overall digitalization of production management to improve assembly quality, optimizes machine stability and respond to market needs immediately; Campro Precision Machinery has used IoT visualization in its own factory to classify engineering data via digital assembly process, and then control internal inventory to implement materials inventory since last year. In order to reflect lean and intelligent manufacturing, more manpower and system development will be invested in the next two years, including assembly reporting, advanced planning and scheduling, digital production history, etc. Introducing the concept of intelligent manufacturing into external supply chain to develop the servitization of the manufacturing industry, and provide a fully digitalized service to quickly respond to market needs.
