Feature
The one-piece constructed 45° box type structure is manufactured from high quality cast iron to assure maximum rigidity and stability for long time machining.
Powerful AC spindle motor drive and finned headstock construction for excellent heat dissipation. High torque output combined with constant circumferential speed ensures optimal cutting performance, extra fine and accurate machined surface which greatly increase tool life.
CPL-10MC ~ 3512MC employ high rigidity and high precision linear guideways which provide unmatched performance than that of competitors and feature high loading capacity, low noise and long service life.
The VDI Turret is adopted on CPL-10MC ~ 3512MC which offers a quick change tooling solution and short cycle time. The quick-change clamping method can performs within seconds in high degree of stability due to high locking forces.
